Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use

By registering an account or using any services provided by ex90, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ex90 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ex90 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. ex90 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, though we will endeavour to inform users through available channels.

The ex90 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the ex90 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice, including forfeiture of any existing balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and could affect your ability to make withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ex90 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the ex90 support team immediately.

Users are prohibited from:

  • Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to access your account.
  • Using bots, automated software, or other technical means to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Carrying out any action that could compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
  • Registering using a false identity or impersonating another person.

Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the ex90 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ex90 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including internet banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and standard bank transfers. The list of available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed once credited to your account. ex90 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with full proof of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require supporting documents. ex90 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms while an investigation is conducted. Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for your original deposit, except in specific cases approved by management.

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are determined by your chosen payment method and are subject to change. Please check the current limits under the Finance section of your account before making any transaction.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Ex90 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from game outcomes, service interruptions, technical failures, or decisions made based on information available on the platform. ex90's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Ex90 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or upon request from a competent authority. Suspended accounts will be unable to access the platform or carry out any transactions until the investigation is concluded. In cases of confirmed account closure due to a terms violation, ex90 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance without compensation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ex90 platform — including designs, graphics, text, logos, software, and icons — is the property of ex90 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from ex90. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links and External Services

The ex90 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under ex90's control. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of the content, policies, or practices of those sites. ex90 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

Game software providers, payment processors, and technical service providers working with ex90 are independent third parties operating under their own terms of service. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly between the user and the party concerned, though ex90 will endeavour to assist to the best of our ability.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Ex90 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent update will be stated at the top of this document.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the resolution of any claim or dispute.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reduced or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. ex90's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
